I love this shampoo and was happy to find it again on Amazon. However, when it ships it is simply in a bag and then it was placed in another bag. The cap comes unscrewed slightly during shipping and a good amount of shampoo was in the bag instead of in the bottle. Perhaps tapping the top and mailing in a box could help prevent this in the future. Otherwise the product itself is great!
